Lounge Club Casino prepares to open at Casino Beograd

With less than two weeks to go until opening, final preparations are now being completed for the launch of the Lounge Club Casino in Casino Beograd on 30 June 2007.

With the first development phase of Casino Beograd now almost complete, staff are looking forward to welcoming guests to the Lounge Club Casino when it opens on 30 June 2007. Over 150 new jobs have already been created at Belgrade's latest entertainment venue, set in a prime location on the city's Danube Promenade. New employees have received intensive training in all aspects of casino operations and guest services by experienced staff from other Casinos Austria International casinos across Europe.

"We are very pleased to be able to offer something completely new to Belgrade," said Ivan Crossman, CEO of Casino Beograd. "Attention is being paid to every last detail to ensure guests will feel relaxed and enjoy the top quality entertainment and service. Our new local employees have completed a rigorous training program, and we are proud to have such a skilled and responsible team in place to welcome guests to Casino Beograd."

The opening of the Lounge Club Casino with 6 tables (American Roulette, Blackjack and Casino Stud Poker) and 60 slot machines will mark the completion of the first development phase of the new entertainment complex. Developed in partnership between Casinos Austria International, Club Hotel Loutraki and the State Lottery of Serbia, Casino Beograd will be continually expanded over the coming months and will later feature world cuisine and fine dining restaurants, several cocktail bars, a multipurpose function room and state-of-the-art gaming entertainment at 25 tables and 250 slot machines.

Casinos Austria International is a leading player in the international casino industry and operates 75 casinos in 19 countries (including Serbia) and on board 13 cruise ships, with further casinos under development in Chile and South Africa.
